“ Some of the best fish and chips I've ever had. My wife and I got the "special" which was hake, chips and a side for 9.99. That's a very reasonable price by today's standards. The fish and batter were perfectly cooked. The batter had a little crunch but wasn't too thick, and the fish melted in my mouth. The staff were very friendly and service was fast and efficient. I can see why they've won awards for their fish and chips! As a bonus, they have dog friendly outdoor seating with heaters. I like that they went the extra mile to spruce up the outdoor seating too, rather than leaving it as a generic wooden shelter. We'll definitely be visiting again, this is an easy recommendation! ”
